A very cool site dedicated to eco-friendly design - be it architecture, furniture, clothing, you name it. You can get lost just clicking around and exploring the links. The “graphics & packaging” section is really fun! Very rarely do you visit a site and want to click on every ad banner, but they’re all such cool companies!

fishtronaut

Sometimes, I get the weirdest requests for graphics. We’re playing at the Dumpster Dive in Atlanta Saturday afternoon and my husband’s printing up some beat CDs to hand out. Work it, baby!
Work it!

He specifically asked for a 1/2 fish, 1/2 astronaut character. Oddly enough, it came out a lot cooler than I thought it would. I threw the old Japanese woodblock wave illustration behind it and the silver shines through the design so it looks kinda spacey, classy, wavey, bluish/silverish - weird, but nice.

Yes… I’m married to a space fish.

website design - musiplication

Somebody call the Cute Police and have this website arrested!

Kat Vellos asked Firefly Multimedia to design/develop a fun and whimsical website for her hip hop math CD project. Batsauce did all the beats and studio production, Kat rhymed the times tables in an oh-so adorble way, and Firefly is doing all the design - website, CD packaging, workbook layout, etc. Go check it out… soon, there will be samples of the hipness, but for now, go click around and bask in the cuteness!

website design - Living Tantra

I’d like to welcome you all to the new and improved Living Tantra resource site! The client fell in love with Firefly’s organic design skills and wanted to move her Typepad blog over to WordPress (for ease of use, handy widgets and search engine results) Cory and I have been working on this one for the past couple months and just launched it Sunday evening. Go us! And go check it out - it’s really pretty! :)

I learned a lot during this project. Not only technical plugin and search engine tid bits, but also about meditation, yantras, symbols, chakras, breathing… I’ve come to the realization that I need to get back into yoga and try to “optimize” my pixel butt.

So *cheers* to Firefly Multimedia for another happy client!

How cool. While moving in to my new Motorola Razr, I was inspired to create a ringtone of one of our Heavenly Noise songs - Magical. Better grab it while it’s free! I’m going to do several of these and sell ringtones - Heavenly Noise *and* the Smile Rays!!
