Batsauce has a distinct idea of what he’s going for on this one. He wants it to look vintage and authentic, straight out of a dusty record crate in someone’s basement. We went on a really fun photoshoot and I’m playing with ideas…

Justice for the Jena 6

A friend of mine posted a blog about Jena 6. I hadn’t heard the story until that moment and I was completely outraged that in this day and age, we still have situations like this happening. What started as a blog, has quickly turned into a benefit concert and CD (for which I’m doing the design) If you haven’t heard of the Jena 6, please take some time to learn about it. It’s a shame. It really is.

All proceeds for this project will go to the Jena 6 Defense Fund.

Similar to the design for the German release (different color palette & background photo) this one’s a 3-song single going off to SubContact Records in Japan. Let me just say - I’m gonna be a happy Smile Ray if we get to take this show overseas!!
